Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love and enjoy your Hastha purchase. However, if you’re not 100% sure, we have an easy exchange process that can help you.
Exchange Policy
- 14-day window: You can request an exchange within 2 weeks (14 days) of the purchase date.
- Product condition: Items must be unwashed, undamaged, stain-free (especially makeup stains/marks) and returned with their original tags intact.
- No refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- No merchandise credit: We do not issue store credit, merchandise credit or gift cards.
- Exchange only: We accept exchanges only; no returns for refunds or store credit.
- Value of exchange: Your purchased product/s may be exchanged for items of the same or higher value. If the new item is priced higher, the price difference will be charged.
- Shipping costs: Shipping is free on purchases; however, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
- Umbrellas: In the unlikely event that your umbrella is delivered damaged, we will offer a complimentary repair or exchange.
Process for Exchange of Items
1. Contact our customer support team at +91 9940020264 or hasthatshirts@gmail.com with your order details.
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange.
Items Non-Eligible for Exchange
We reserve the right to decline exchange items that:
- Are damaged, washed or stained
- Are returned without the original tags
- Are requested outside the 14-day exchange window
