1] Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, exchange for an alternate product or size is possible. You can also opt for store credit. Products purchased on sale, at a discount or customised cannot be exchanged.
2] Which size would fit me?
Our size chart shows garment measurements, not body measurements. Measure a comfortable garment you own and compare it with our chart for the best fit. Our garments are designed to be comfortable not fitted.
3] Can I get my garments printed?

4] Is there a margin inside for alterations?
No, most finished garments have little room for alterations.
5] How long will it take to receive my purchase?
We ship within two working days. Delivery takes 2–3 days within India and 7–10 days internationally, depending on the destination. Customised products will take more time.
6] Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer COD.

8] What fabric and dyes do you use?
We primarily use both knit and handwoven fabrics - details are mentioned in each product description. We use Azo-free VAT dyes for dyeing and pigment dyes for block printing.
9] How much are customs and duty taxes?
GST is included in our prices for Indian orders. Customs and duties for international orders depend on the destination and are not under our control.
10] How much does shipping cost?
Within India: Shipping is free. International: Charges depend on weight, dimensions, and destination, which are calculated at checkout.
11] Do you offer B2B or wholesale?
Yes, email us at hasthashirts@gmail.com for wholesale inquiries. We do not provide products on consignment.
12] Is the product colour precisely as shown in the image?
We strive for colour accuracy with daylight photography. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings.
13] What does "Hastha" mean?
Hastha means ‘hand’ in Sanskrit.
14] What are the washing instructions?
Wash in cold water with mild detergent and similar colours. Hand wash recommended for longer print life. Flat-dry in the shade.
15] Does the fabric shrink?
Slight additional shrinkage (up to 2%) may occur, but our garments are designed to accommodate the same.
16] Why are handcrafted prints uneven or slightly different?
Handcrafted prints often have subtle variations in texture or colour intensity, which are hallmarks of authenticity and craftsmanship, not defects.
17] Do your products soften over time?
Yes, our fabrics become softer and more comfortable with every wash, enhancing their charm and usability.
