Do I have to register to check out on Hastha?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, for your convenience and to avail future discounts, we recommend that you register an account.

How do I register?

To create an account, click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the website. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code to verify your email, and your account will be created.

Do I need to disclose my email & phone number for registration?

Just your email address. This ensures a secure shopping experience. We assure you that your details will not be disclosed.

Is my personal information secure? How can I edit my personal info?

It is absolutely secure, don’t you worry! We ensure that the data you have entered is strictly confidential. It helps us understand you better so that we can provide you with better services in the future. To edit your personal info, you can click on 'Profile' to make the changes you want.

How do I unsubscribe from your services?

You can unsubscribe from our services in the “My Account” section.

How do I know my size?

We have provided size charts for each body type. Please refer to our Size Guide for more details.

What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, please report this immediately to your bank

International shipping policies

Does Hastha ship internationally?

Yes, Hastha ships internationally with shipping charges extra, based on actuals.

What is the process of placing an international order?

Kindly mail us at hasthatshirts@gmail.com along with the details of the products (size, quantity), and postal address with contact details. The Hastha team will get in touch within 1-2 working days to take the discussions ahead.

Which payment methods are accepted at Hastha for international orders?

International shipments are available only for prepaid orders. Kindly note that there will be specific extra charges based on the country we ship to. Also, the customs duty as per actuals must be paid at the customer’s end while accepting the order. We accept payment through PayPal.

How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

Shipment takes 4-10 business days to arrive. However, the final delivery will depend on the country to which the products are to be shipped & availability of the products. Our customer care team will be in constant touch with you throughout the delivery of your shipment.

Courier partners will make 3 valid delivery attempts. However, if the package is still undelivered (either refused by the customer or if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address), the refund policy will not be applicable.

How are the exchanges handled for international orders?

Hastha endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. In case of damage/defect during transit, you may exchange the product. To process any such claims, customers must notify Hastha with a photograph of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the product. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We don’t facilitate reverse pick up for international orders. The cost of exchanging the product has to be borne by the customer.

The 15-day exchange warranty does not apply to orders delivered outside India and covers only manufacturing defects within 2 days of product delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we have a tiny time frame between receiving and fulfilling your order, at this time, you cannot change or cancel your order once it is acknowledged.
