Shipping & Delivery
Every Hastha order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Customised orders need a little more time - please allow at least 10 working days before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Domestic: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International: Approximately 3 weeks, though this varies by region. International shipping charges are calculated based on the parcel's weight and dimensions, as well as the destination country.
Delivery Hours
All deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, between 10AM and 6PM. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delays
We will notify you promptly of any unexpected delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or Dropbox addresses.
- A complete delivery address and a valid phone number are required for every order.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details, or if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
Missed Your Delivery?
It happens. We will make three delivery attempts on consecutive days, so there's no need to worry if you step out.
