This t-shirt is inspired by Sai Akhil Anand's “Bindu and Rekha” series. It features a deep cobalt colour with a fish scale pattern printed all over, topped with a large, detailed fish drawn in white lines. Each layer is printed separately, coming together in a design that shows the care and effort behind every step.
Printing the scale background is a full job in itself, and adding the illustration on top is another. Making both designs work together without clashing takes a steady hand. That’s the skill the neurodivergent adults in Chennai bring to every piece they print.
