Who does the printing?
Every piece is hand block printed by neurodivergent adults trained by Hastha Foundation.
Where are you based?
We're based in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping within India is free. For international orders, the cost depends on parcel weight and destination — you'll see the exact charge at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
Can prints be customised?
Yes. Write to us at 9940020264, Mon to Sat, between 10 am and 5 pm, and we'll talk through what you have in mind.
What is your exchange policy?
We don't offer returns or refunds, but exchanges for a different size or product are easy. If an exchange isn't possible, we'll issue store credit you can use within 6 months. No exchanges/refunds on customised products.
How much time does it take to ship?
We ship within two working days. But customised work will take more time.
